The ERFAN Secretariat, in collaboration with the OIE Collaborating Cnetre for Food Hygiene at the IZSAM, organises the online information days (ID) on “Detection of Salmonella spp. according to ISO6579-1:2017” aiming to deepen topics related to these pathogenic microorganisms and to share technical-scientific updates on analytical methods used in laboratory for testing, serological typing and molecular typing, included genomic data.
The African participants come from National Veterinary Laboratories and Veterinary schools of SADC Region as Angola, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and National Veterinary Laboratories and Veterinary Schools of Northwest Africa as Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Sudan.
