ERFAN Secretariat, in collaboration with the IZS of Naples, organises the online training course “Analyse des norovirus et virus de l’Hépatite A dans les denrées agro-alimentaires”.
This course aims is to build expertise in the use of biotechnology to control the spread of hepatitis A and Norovirus in foodstuffs.
Various topics will be discussed, such as the organisation of a biotechnology laboratory, an introduction to the problems related to the presence of Norovirus and Hepatitis A virus in foodstuffs and the analysis of samples.
Dr Claudio de Martinis is the scientific coordinator of this training course.
The online appointment, set up on 3 and 5 may, will take place in English and French, with simultaneous translation.
