The first online meeting of ERFAN working group on “Tuberculosis” is organized on 27 July to discuss the evaluation of sample processing and  the labs biosafety level, the state of art on the methods applied by the laboratories of the countries applying to the program, labs capacities and biosafety levels, the Mycobacterium bovis isolation, methods for medium and sample preparation and  carry-out, the Molecular Biology PCR, Real-Time PCR, Biosafety procedures, methodologies currently in place and priority research areas for African partners.

Delegates from Algeria, Italy, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Senegal and Tunisia will participate in the discussion.
