Enhancing Capacity for Strategic and Applied Research Activities in Support of Control and Elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases Grant Opportunity Forecast
The Department of Health and Human Services, from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – ERA announces the launch of the aforementioned grant opportunity on October 25, 2022.
The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to expand CDC’s network of collaborating institutes for both research with, and technical assistance to, neglected tropical diseases-endemic countries, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. This NOFO will focus on research synthesis and operational research aimed at controlling and eliminating selected NTDs and other vector-borne parasitic diseases, as well as approaches to integrated activities that cross health sectors.
